TOS: Adopts and Customs
Here you will find the terms of service for my adopts and customs.
Be advised: by purchasing an adopt or custom from me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
General
I have the right to blacklist users from owning anymore of my designs if I want to.I must be told who the design is being traded/given/sold to if you choose to give it away.You must credit me as the designer the first time you post the design, add it on toyhouse, and if you are planning to sell the design.Do not sell or trade my designs to anyone I tell you is blacklisted. This will result in you being blacklisted.Payment for adopts and customs is required upfront before you fully "own" the design
Adopts
Adopts are designs that are not customized by the user. They will be given through raffles, BTA (bid to adopt) or first come, first serves.
If you purchase an adopt, you own the rights to that character.If you do get an adopt from me, I may ask what you plan on doing with it to see if you are fit to own the design. I don't want my design to go to waste.If you decide to do redesigns, please consult me first. I do not want my design to be unrecognizable.You are allowed to change smaller features like eye color, mouth color, and paws (if there are any)You MUST consult me if you plan to trade/gift the adopt. I must verify this trade.You are only allowed to make changes after payment is received. (Art payment, money, etc.)
Customs
Customs are characters that you get personalized by me. You can request a custom of an elemental wolf from my story 'In Unison' if needed, however there are
specific rules in place for wolves of Omis.
If you purchase a custom from me, you own the rights to said character.You are allowed to ask me to change things about the custom during the "sketching" phase.If you have a specific pallet or moodboard you would like me to use, send it to me beforehand.Do not redesign the character to the point that the custom is unrecognizable. Custom redesigns must be consulted about.If you sell, trade, or gift the custom please consult me.I will ask what you plan to do with the custom to see if you are fit to own it.If for any reason you cancel the custom commission, I will sell the custom as an adopt.
